Welcome

The Town
Square House

This website introduces you to our proposals to create Town Square House, a residential and retail development in the heart of Hythe – and we would like your views.

Vacant since 2019, the former Aldi supermarket site offers the opportunity to create retail units, residential apartments, and a new focal point for the centre of the town.

Thank you for your feedback

The consultation undertaken on Town Square House for In5 Group has now been concluded, but this website remains live. We are now reviewing the feedback and comments made during the public consultation. The feedback we have received will be shared with Folkestone & Hythe District Council and inform our final planning application.
